About Us

  • Cornucopia Gardens was started in 2005 on the Hack farm, 2 miles South of Rocanville, SK. It is the goal of Cornucopia Gardens to provide quality vegetables, fruits, flowers and Christmas trees grown locally on our farm in Rocanville for the local and surrounding communities.
  • Cornucopia: a symbol of abundance and nourishment associated with Thanksgiving.
  • Operations of Cornucopia Gardens are overseen by owners Heather and Tim Graham. Heather has received a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (Major: Horticulture, Minor: Agri-business) from the U of S and has worked in the horticulture industry for many years.  Tim has a farm background and has studied mechanics and has worked in the farming, mechanics and construction industry for many years.  Tim & Heather enjoy working with their two children John who was born in 2012, and Karolina who was born in 2015.
  • To date, there are a total of approximately 25 acres under production at Cornucopia Gardens.
  • Cornucopia Gardens has been a member of the Sask. Vegetable Growers Association, the Sask. Fruit Growers Association, the Sask. Christmas Tree Growers Association, and the Sask. Greenhouse Growers Association. As such, we are committed to the horticulture industry and further strengthening of this industry in our province.
